　　Nowadays,high school students hold different opinions about after-class activities.there are two quite different phenomenonena.

　　Some students are crazy about sports and some other activities.they spend much time in joining the outdoor activities and varies of groups , and also,making new friends.However,they pay a little attention to their studies.

　　On the contrary, some students spend almost of their time in studies and don't enjoy attending other activities.

　　In my opinion,I think neither of them is correct.I think we should study hard,but we also need time to relax ourselves,because if a one in a good state,he can do better.

I first got on a horse six years ago when I was nine. My mum liked to ride a horse, so she was very happy when I wanted to try it out as well.

　　I think horse riding is a sport. Horse riders need to be good at teamwork and be good sportsmen. They must be brave and have skill. They also have to use their intelligence to practice hard. Having sportsmanship is important because being a horse rider is not just about winning. If I don’t win, I won’t get angry. I just think I must practice even more. Horse riding trains me a lot. 　　With a cry of joy, I was born and came to the world. My parents looked at me again and again, so lovingly. A year later, I began learning to walk. It is not strength or speed but the size of their brains. Dolphin's brain is almost the same size as that found in the human head. They live for a ling time.

　　Dolphins'babies are born in the water. They can grow up to three and a half meters long.

　　Dolopins use sound to help them find their way, look for their food and talk with each other. Sound is just like their eyes and mouths.

Last but not least, we should be self-control and never be attracted by the distracting information. As long as you follow those tips, you will get what you want efficiently.
